Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of sgc-marketing.com (the “Site”), operated by SGC Marketing, LLC (“SGC Marketing,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Site. By using it you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

The Site and its contents — text, graphics, logos, layout, and code — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. The SGC Marketing name and logo are our trademarks. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use them.

4. Submissions

If you send us ideas, feedback, or suggestions through the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use them without restriction or compensation. Do not send us confidential information through the Site — use an agreed confidential channel instead.

5. Third-party links and content

The Site may link to third-party websites and resources. We provide these for convenience and do not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for them or their content.

6. No professional advice

Content on the Site is for general information only. It is not marketing, legal, financial, or tax advice, and it does not create a client relationship. Do not act on it without appropriate professional advice for your situation.

7. Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SGC Marketing, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
