Payment & ACH Policy

Effective September 23, 2026

This Payment & ACH Policy explains how SGC Marketing, LLC (“SGC Marketing,” “we,” “us”) accepts payment, the fees that apply to each payment method, and the terms governing automated debits from your bank account. It forms part of, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service.

1. Accepted payment methods

We accept:

2. Payment method fees

The fees below are applied to the invoice total at the time of payment and are shown separately on your invoice and receipt before you authorize the transaction.

Payment methodFeeApplied to
ACH bank transfer1%Invoice total
Credit card3%Invoice total
Check or wire transferNone—

The credit card fee is a surcharge on credit card transactions. It reflects the cost of accepting credit cards and is not charged if you pay by another method. The ACH fee is a processing fee covering bank transfer costs.

You can avoid both fees. Paying by check or wire transfer carries no added fee. The fee applicable to your chosen method is disclosed to you before you complete payment, and appears as a separate line item on your receipt.

2.1 Debit cards

We do not surcharge debit cards or prepaid cards, including when a debit card is processed as a credit transaction. Debit card payments are accepted at the invoice total with no added card fee.

2.2 Fee changes and limits

The credit card surcharge will never exceed our actual cost of acceptance for the transaction, and will never exceed the maximum permitted by applicable law or by the rules of the relevant card network. Where state law prohibits or limits surcharging, we will not apply the surcharge, or will apply it only up to the permitted amount. We may change these fees on 30 days' written notice.

3. ACH debit authorization

When you provide your bank account details and authorize ACH payment, you authorize us and our payment processor to initiate electronic debit entries — and, where necessary, credit entries and adjustments to correct an error — to the account you designate.

3.1 One-time payments

You authorize a single debit in the amount shown at the time of authorization, plus the 1% ACH fee, to be initiated on or after the date you authorize it.

3.2 Recurring payments

If you enroll in recurring billing, you authorize recurring debits on the schedule and in the amount disclosed to you at enrollment, plus the 1% ACH fee, until you cancel the authorization. This authorization remains in effect until revoked as described below.

3.3 Changes in amount

If a scheduled recurring debit will differ from the previously authorized amount, we will send notice to the email address on your account at least 10 days before the debit date. If the amount varies within a range you agreed to in advance, we may send notice only once, when the arrangement is established.

3.4 Revoking authorization

You may revoke your ACH authorization at any time by contacting us at info@sgc-marketing.com or 480-906-2423. To stop a scheduled debit, we must receive your revocation at least 3 business days before the scheduled date. Revoking ACH authorization does not cancel your services or excuse amounts already owed — outstanding balances remain payable by another accepted method under our Terms of Service.

3.5 Your right to dispute

You may have the right to have an unauthorized or incorrect ACH debit reversed by contacting your bank, provided you do so within the timeframe your bank and applicable law allow. Contact your financial institution for details about your rights.

4. Returned and failed payments

If a payment is returned or declined for any reason — including insufficient funds, a closed account, incorrect account details, or a revoked authorization — you remain responsible for the full amount owed.

5. Invoicing and late payment

Unless your written agreement states otherwise, all invoices are due upon receipt. Past-due balances may accrue interest at 1.25% per month (15% per year), or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. We may suspend work on accounts that remain past due after written notice.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at info@sgc-marketing.com — most billing issues are resolved quickly and directly. Initiating a chargeback for services delivered in accordance with your agreement, without first attempting to resolve the matter with us, may result in suspension of services and recovery of the disputed amount plus any associated fees.

7. Taxes

Fees are exclusive of sales, use, and other applicable taxes. You are responsible for any such taxes, other than taxes based on our net income.
